Free Parking

All clients benefit from free on-site parking, where registered businesses are issued with parking permits with a priority  to park at the front yard and side aspect of the business centre signed ”Permit Holders Only’.

Security with CCTV

To control access and to ensure the security of the business centre, the safety of our staff, customers and visitors, as well as property and to prevent, detect and investigate a theft of equipment of the business centre, we have CCTV installed.

Manned reception

Our reception office is open Monday to Friday between 7.30am  – 4.30 pm to provide all the support you may need from professional advice, assistance to daily maintenance.

24/7 access

With a unique access code available only to you,  we provide secure and fast access to your office 24 hours 7 days a week, ensuring you can work when need to.

Mail delivery

We provide postal services for incoming mail by delivering it to you. If you are out of the office, any heavy parcel or special delivery will be kept at the reception desk ready for collection unless otherwise agreed.

KITCHEN LOUNGE

Self-catering shared-use kitchen area is available for use by each our member.  Equipped with all the appliances and furniture, so you can feel right at home. It’s a great break-away location from the office.

Top Roof Terrace

For your comfort we offer seating areas and outdoor top roof terrace facilities  for those wanting a short break away from their office or a spot of lunch, which is open during the day.

Tea Room Cafe

Located on the ground floor Vintage Retreat Tea Room cafe offers a great choice of homemade food and selection of drinks alongside a fully licensed bar. Open and comfortable seating area makes it being a great break-away place from the office and perfect for socialising and informal meetings alike.
